HEBEL AAC Product Line

Flexibility is an integral part of HEBEL AAC. As a pre-engineered product, AAC is tailored to the project with varied thickness and amount of reinforced steel. AAC panel and block are available in a variety of sizes and specifications.

The nominal dimensions of a wall, roof or floor panel are 24” in height, up to 236” in length, and options of 6”, 8”, 10” or 12” in width. Reinforced panels for loadbearing applications contain steel rebar cages within the panel for extra strength.

The nominal face dimensions of a block are 8” high by 24” long with nominal thickness ranging in 1” increments, from of 2”, to 12”. The actual dimensions are 7 7/8” x 23 7/8” to allow for a 1/16” to 1/8” thin-bed mortar joints.

Shaft wall blocks are available in 24” X 24” with the option of 3” of 4” thickness. All units are produced to within a 1/8” tolerance of the specified dimension. Special shapes such as lintel, U-block and cored block are available.

AAC ranges in density from 25 to 58 lb/ft3 with compressive strengths ranging from 290 psi to 870 psi, and is well suited for both loadbearing and non-loadbearing applications.
